Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Maval Tech Solutions, we strive to provide clear and fair policies for all our services. This policy outlines the terms for refunds and cancellations for our different products.

1. Online Doctor Appointment Application

This policy applies to payments made for booking appointments through our application.

  • Cancellation by Patient: If a patient cancels a confirmed appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, a full refund of the booking fee will be processed. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are non-refundable.
  • Cancellation by Doctor/Clinic: If the doctor or clinic cancels an appointment for any reason, the patient will receive a full refund of the booking fee, regardless of when the cancellation occurs.
  • No-Show: If a patient fails to attend their appointment without prior cancellation, the booking fee is non-refundable.

2. Rental Website Advertisement Postings

This policy applies to fees paid for posting advertisements on our upcoming rental website.

  • Due to the low-cost nature of our advertisement service (e.g., Rs. 30 per post), all fees paid for posting an advertisement are **non-refundable** once the advertisement is live on the website.
  • If your advertisement is rejected during our review process for violating our terms of service, a full refund will be issued.

3. Business Solutions (WhatsApp API, SMS, etc.)

Refund policies for our subscription-based business solutions will be detailed in the specific service agreement provided to you upon signup. Generally, subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable for the billing period.

4. How Refunds Are Processed

All refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment (e.g., credit card, UPI) within 7-10 business days after the refund has been approved.
