By using the services, applications, or website ("Services") provided by Maval Tech Solutions ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our Services.

2. Description of Services

Maval Tech Solutions provides technology solutions including, but not limited to, the "Online Doctor Appointment" application, the "Maval Health" Prescription Software (which includes Maval Health Desktop and Maval Health WebApp), a future "Rental Website," and various business solutions like WhatsApp API integration and billing management. Maval Health enables licensed medical professionals to create and manage prescriptions and may use Google Sign-In and Google Drive/Sheets with your consent to store or manage prescription files. Doctors retain ownership of their prescription content; we provide encryption and security controls to protect that data.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account information and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Payments and Billing

Certain services may require payment. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via our Services. 5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and software provided through the Services are the property of Maval Tech Solutions or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Maval Tech Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of our Services.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Washim, Maharashtra.
